As we are a small team and one of our team members must manually provision your invitation email, it may take a few hours until your invitation email is sent. We typically try and complete provisioning and sending of your invitation email as soon as possible. However, in some rare cases it may take up to 24 hours to complete, especially if your order is placed outside of normal daytime business hours such as in the late evening or during a major holiday.
Please be sure to monitor your email account for your invitation email and also to check your "SPAM" folder as sometimes your invitation email may be incorrectly filtered by your email provider. You can also white list incoming email from our domain "@therealdrdonnad.com" to ensure your invitation email is not blocked from being received.
