Dr. Donna's Eudaimonia® Certified Clinicians

Eudaimonia® Clinicians must be licensed and certified in a mental health profession before they are welcome into the Eudaimonia® Psychology training program. This is what separates them from any life coaching model. Eudaimonia® Clinicians practice a holistic approach to psychotherapy that takes traditional therapy into the 21st century; it becomes an objective conversation with you, taking you away from rehashing your past, and walking you into your future. Eudaimonia® Therapy allows you to walk alongside your fears as opposed to getting swallowed up by them. It teaches you how to stand in your power and take control of your life by letting go of guilt, regret, self-punishment and shame.

Meet Andrea Coleman

Hello! My name is Andrea and I am a Licensed Psychotherapist in the State of Massachusetts. I graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a BA in Psychology and The Ohio State University with a Master's Degree in Clinical Social Work. In addition to being  a certified Eudaimonia® Clinician, I am also an expert in treating Eating Disorders. I have over 20 years of experience treating eating disorders, anxiety, depression, addiction and trauma-based responses. Most of my experience has been working with college students, young adults and young families. I am especially passionate about working with members of the LGBTQ+ community. It is my greatest joy to help individuals discover their inner strengths and move towards healthier relationships, more meaningful work and an internal sense of peace and calm.

It is through this that I have found a home in Eudaimonia® Psychology and the program developed by Dr. Donna. I have seen and personally experienced how these tools can help people to quickly transform their lives. I look forward to meeting you and helping you discover how this program can change your life!

"After almost 20 years in private practice, I was looking for a change. I wanted to feel excited by my work again and to feel that I was growing and evolving. This course has provided all of that and more. It has invigorated both myself and my practice. I have grown in both my professional and personal lives. The tools provided in this course are accessible to all of my clients and they work! I have witnessed clients make significant changes in a very short period of time using these tools. I highly recommend Dr. Donna’s Eudaimonia® Training Course for Clinicians."

Meet Jennifer Barris

Jennifer's approach with clients is empathetic, direct, and practical to help her clients lead happier, more fulfilling lives. She specializes in working with adolescents, adults, and on relationship issues. Jennifer graduated from Boston University with a Bachelor's in psychology and received her Master's in Clinical Social Work from the University of New England.

"Eudaimonia® Psychology is by far the most effective therapeutic technique I have ever encountered in my 30 years of practice. As I was taking this certification course, it was naturally recommended that we clinicians practice the exercises that we will be implementing in our own practice first on ourselves rather than on our clients."

"So I started on one of the exercises as I was driving to work, and 15 minutes through the exercise, I literally had to pull my car over and stop. Not because I was in danger but because I was literally in shock. I completely connected the dots within my own life. I was blown away. These exercises work! And every single person I have used these techniques and exercises on wanted more. I had clients texting me who I’ve known for many years, asking could we please continue and do more of that type of therapy. The power and life-altering change this course offers are undeniable. It quite simply just works. When you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change!"

"A great training experience! So glad I took advantage of this opportunity and did not hold back!  Dr. Donna has put together an insightful program!  I am grateful to be part of a program that focuses on positive psychology and what is going right vs the illness model and what is going wrong. This program has reinvigorated my work!  This training provides a set of tools that have immediate impact on client’s well-being. Using Eudaimonia® Therapy techniques, I have engaged my clients in new ways leading to faster results. Eudaimonia® Therapy methods give clients a healthy tool box to better understand themselves and self-direct their path."

Meet Brandy Unger

Residing in the state of Texas, Brandy Unger is a Licensed Professional Counselor.

"Hi, I am Brandy Unger. I am a National Board-Certified Counselor & Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health and Juris Doctorate degree. Prior to opening my practice in Austin, I worked in private practice in Louisiana with a focus on forensic psychology. I enjoy working with individuals and couples experiencing or contemplating major life transitions and changes, anxiety, grief, stress-management, trauma, issues specific to women and; new moms, issues specific to individuals in high stress jobs (executives, lawyers, doctors, first responders, politicians, teachers) and issues specific to young adulthood."

"With unique dual professional degrees and licensure, I have specialized expertise working with high conflict individuals and couples that are considering or experiencing divorce and working with couples on collaborative divorces to help transition out of relationships and co-parent in a calm and healthy way. Work with me to find your "calm" and create the life you desire and deserve. I would love to help guide you there."

"I have been a psychotherapist in private practice since 2014. I was looking for a certification and training program from which I could integrate and further develop my professional skills, energize my practice, and improve client outcome and satisfaction. Since implementing the methods of Eudaimonia® in my practice, I have watched my clients move from feeling overwhelmed with fear, anxiety, and no sense of direction; to achieving an overall state of well-being. They feel calm and connected to themselves in a shorter amount of time than traditional therapy. This integrated approach allows for my clients to move through what is blocking them from achieving the life they wish for and develop the tools and mindset to create the life they desire. Dr. Donna has provided excellent course material and has an extensive level of expertise that she professionally shares with dedication to her trainees. I highly recommend the Eudaimonia® Certification Program to all those licensed and certified mental health clinicians interested in adding tools to their mental health toolbox."
